2025: Partiful for Organizers @ SXSW 2025

For SXSW 2025, DRUNKLUCK partnered with Partiful on three bespoke events to use Partiful for Organizers as ticketing and RSVP solution. These events ranged from an all-ages rock n’ roll show at a graphic design shop to a 12 band indie rock showcase at one of Austin’s most iconic venues, and also included an unforgettable chef x music x culture pop-up with free tacos at Nixta Taqueria. By showcasing different parts of the local community and elevating the frenetic networking and cultural discovery that makes SXSW so memorable for attendees, these free events captured the heart and soul of SXSW Austin 2025. Throughout it all, Partiful for Organizers proved to be an incredible organic and adept tool for producing events with thousands of RSVPS and intricate logistics. Unlike posting flyers on social media sites, interaction on the Partfiul app leads to the real and tangible outcome of increased turn-out percentage of total RSVPS and allows for organic sharing among friend groups and communities. More than that, the app is fun to use for party planners and attendees alike and the perfect solution for free events even in a saturated landscape like SXSW.
